The joint venture owns three strategic assets: the flagship Separation Rapids deposit and the Snowbank target near Kenora, Ontario, and the Lilypad Project near Fort Hope, Ontario.
Stage:
Separation Rapids
The Separation Rapids Project has progressed through several key technical milestones as part of its advancement toward development. A Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA) was completed in 2018, providing an initial overview of the project’s economic potential. This was followed by an updated Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE) in August 2023, which incorporated new drilling data and refined the geological model. In 2025, another updated MRE was released based on the results of the 2024 winter drill campaign. The project is currently undergoing metallurgical testing and additional drilling to further support its development.
Indigenous Engagement:
The property lies within the traditional land use area of the Wabaseemoong Independent Nations (“WIN”) of Whitedog, Ontario: an Aboriginal community located approximately 35 km southwest of the property.
